HOW DO I RETURN A FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCT?

If, for any reason, you would like to return your product, please contact us on 061 534 0382, or send an e-mail to info@mspromoters.com with your details and the reason for return.

For exchanges, we will arrange a pickup of your items and send a replacement at our own expense.

​

For refunds, you, the customer, are responsible for organising the logistics of the return. Please courier the product back to our factory at 199 Eugene Street, Grootfontein Country Estate, Pretoria, 0059, to arrange a refund or exchange. Until the product is back in our care, we will not be liable for any losses or damage, such as those incurred during transit to our factory.

Please note that all refunds will exclusively be done in South African Rands, with no exceptions.

 

CLOTHING AND SHOE SIZING EXCHANGES

If you find that the shoes you have ordered are incorrectly sized, please contact us via email at info@mspromoters.com or phone at 061 534 0382, and we will happily exchange them. We will arrange for the item to be picked up and courier a replacement to you.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU DO NOT WEAR THE SHOES BEYOND TRYING THEM ON IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE THEM, WE CAN'T ACCEPT EXCHANGES OF WORN SHOES.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY CRITERIA

Should you not be satisfied with your MS Promoters purchase, you may return it to our factory at  199 Eugene street, Grootfontein Country Estate, Pretoria, 0059 for a refund or exchange subject to the following:

• Original proof of purchase must be provided

• The product must be in original condition, and the packaging.  Branded items can not be returned.

• Refunds will only be given within 30 days of purchase

• Exchanges will be given within 6 months of purchase*

If you believe your purchase to be faulty, please return it to us. If it is still under warranty, our management will repair or replace it as deemed fit, subject to reasonable wear and tear.

If shipping an item over ZAR1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
